Reservation Processing Time
Travok requires up to 24 hours to process your request during weekdays (Monday to Friday, GMT + 0:800) and 48 hours on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, GMT + 0:800).

Hotel Information, Ratings and Location Map
All hotel information, description and photos are provided by the hotels. Hotel Rating is based on the national standard of the country where the accommodation is located. Rating provided serve only as guide. Location map is not drawn to according to scale and serve only as indication purpose.

Disclaimers
Whilst Travok believes all hotels information to be accurate, Travok shall not be liable in any way should any such information prove to be incorrect.

Applicable Law
Customer agrees that any claim against Travok shall be filed in Singapore bound by the laws of Singapore.
