Q. Is Prepayment required for my reservation?
Most of the hotels that Travok markets require payment only upon arrival or departure (subject to the particular hotel’s Terms and Conditions).

Prepayment may be required by some of our hotels during Super Peak periods, when exceptional events occur and result in scarce vacancies. Please refer to the hotel’s policy, under the stated Terms and Conditions, when making your booking. Please note that this policy may vary from time to time.

Q. Is Deposit required for my reservation?
Most of the hotels that Travok markets do not require a deposit for securing a reservation. Please note, however, that some of the hotels we market do require a deposit in order to secure your reservation. This usually applies during Super Peak periods.
