Q. What is the deadline for making cancellations?
The Terms and Conditions under the Hotel Reservation Step 1 page contains the Cancel and Amend Policy for the hotel you have selected. This will also include the deadline for making charge-free cancellations

Q. What is the penalty for making cancellations?
This is stated under the Terms and Conditions for this hotel. The amount varies from one hotel to another. If you make a cancellation that is considered late as per the hotel’s Cancel and Amend Policy, you will usually be charged an amount equal to one night’s stay for each room booked.

Q. How do I cancel my reservation?
Send an e-mail or fax message to the Customer Service Officer who sent you the original confirmation message. Cancellations are not accepted via telephone. This is to ensure that a written record of the cancellation is kept.

Q. What is the "No Show" penalty?
If you do not cancel your booking and fail to arrive at the hotel on the appointed day of check in, your credit card will usually be charged for one night’s stay for every room booked. The specific charge for each hotel will be stated in the Cancel and Amend Policy for your hotel.
