- How
do I select a hotel?
- I
have used the “Search for Cityname Hotels” box to input my
reservation request (as per option 1 a). Which rooms can I reserve
now?

the room that I select available for the period of my request?

happens if I select a hotel by one of these other options - price
/ location / popular hotels, instead of filling in the form in the
“Search for Cityname” box?

Q. How do I select a
hotel? Go to the main page for the destination of your
choice. From this page, you have three options for reviewing our
hotels located in this destination

Search for Cityname Hotels box - In
the “Search for Cityname Hotels” box, enter the details of your
room request – Country, City, Check-in Date, Check-out Date, No.
of Rooms, No. of Adults, No. of Children – and click “Search Now”
You will be served with a list of the rooms we offer located in
that city which will meet your requirements.

Search Popular Hotels - You may wish to
select and view one of the Popular Hotels listed on the main page.
Hotels in our Popular list offer some of the best deals among our
partner hotels, and have gained credibility for the value of their
service to our guests

Search by Price - Alternately, you may wish
to select hotels within specific price ranges or by location
within your destination city.

Search by Location - You can also search for
hotels by locating the district within your destination city where
you wish to stay. This option is available for most of our major
destinations.

Q. I have used the “Search for
Cityname Hotels” box to input my reservation request (as per
option 1 a). Which rooms can I reserve now? You will be able to view a table
column titled “Option”. Based on your details, rooms marked
“Reserve” can be booked.

Q. Is the room that I select
available for the period of my request? You will be able to
view a column entitled “Availability”. Rooms that are marked
“Available” under this column can be reserved with confirmation
immediately. Rooms that are marked “On Request” have limited
vacancies available, and Travok will forward your booking
request to the relevant hotel for confirmation.
For rooms booked “On Request”, we can process your
request within 24 hours for bookings made on weekdays (Monday –
Friday) and within 48 hours for bookings made on weekends (Saturday
and Sunday). We are usually able to confirm your bookings sooner
than stated.

Q. What happens if I select a hotel
by one of these other options - price / location / popular hotels,
instead of filling in the form in the “Search for Cityname”
box?

You will be shown a list of hotels, with the rates for their
lowest priced rooms shown. Select a hotel to proceed.

You will be shown information about the hotel that you have
selected. If you choose to book this hotel, click “Book Now at
Promotional Rates” or “Check Rates and Availability” to
proceed.

You can then submit the particulars for your reservation
request - Date of Arrival, Date of Departure, Number of Units /
Rooms, Number of Adults, Number of Children – and then click
“Check Availability and Rates”.
- The next page will contain a table showing the availability of
various room types. Rooms that are marked “Available” under the
“Availability” column can be reserved with immediate confirmation.
Rooms that are marked “On Request” have limited vacancies
available, and Travok will forward your booking request to
the relevant hotel for confirmation. For rooms booked “On
Request”, we can process your request within 24 hours for bookings
made on weekdays (Monday – Friday) and within 48 hours for
bookings made on weekends (Saturday and Sunday). We are usually
able to confirm your bookings sooner than stated.
